Airport shenanigans! @SpiritAirlines Extremely disappointed with your service! After a worldwide technical issue, I was unable to check in online, yet the staff still charged me to switch my bag & refused to let me on the flight. I paid for a carry-on that became non-refundable, I was told it wasn’t my fault their site was down. No solution offered, just lost my RT flight & fees. #worstservice# #Spirit#
